This section provides information about the congress venue, location details, local and intercity transportation options, and recommended accommodation alternatives.

1. Congress Venue

Eskişehir Technical University — İki Eylül Campus

Our congress will be held at the Congress and Culture Center located within the İki Eylül Campus of Eskişehir Technical University, a modern hub for education and research. The campus is situated in the northern part of the city.

2. Local Transportation

Eskişehir Technical University İki Eylül Campus is accessible by city buses and minibuses (dolmuş). There is no direct tram line to the campus.

🚌 Municipal Buses

There are regular bus services from the city center and major transfer points to the campus.

• Red 4 (K4): One of the most frequent routes from the city center, Odunpazarı, and Atatürk Boulevard toward the campus.
• Black 55 (S55): Provides access from the intercity bus terminal and the University Houses district.
• Blue 4 (M4): Operates as a ring service from various parts of the city.

Note: Public transportation in Eskişehir uses Eskart or contactless credit cards.

🚐 Minibus (Dolmuş)

Minibus (dolmuş) services are also available from various points in the city to the campus. Check local transit apps or stop signs for route information.

🚕 Taxi

A taxi ride from the city center to the campus takes approximately 15–20 minutes.

3. Intercity Transportation

🚄 High-Speed Train (YHT)

The fastest and most comfortable option for participants arriving from Ankara, Istanbul, and other cities is the High-Speed Train (YHT).

Eskişehir Train Station is located in the city center. From the station, the campus can easily be reached by taxi or municipal bus.

✈️ By Air

Hasan Polatkan Airport (AOE) is located within the İki Eylül Campus of Eskişehir Technical University; however, there are no domestic flights operating at this airport. The recommended route for international participants is:

• Fly into Istanbul or Ankara airports, then continue to Eskişehir by high-speed train connection.

🚌 By Intercity Bus

Regular bus services are available from many cities across Turkey to Eskişehir.

From the Eskişehir Intercity Bus Terminal, the campus can be reached in approximately 10 minutes by taxi or by municipal buses.

Participants may choose to stay in Eskişehir's touristic areas and use the shuttle services provided during the congress or the city's public transportation network.
